Pelandaba Safaris will provide the following services and assumes responsibility for:

· Suitable hunting concessions for species included in package hunt  and quota for the exclusive use of the clients

· All hunting camp accommodation (Luxury Safari Tent with en suite facilities, hot & cold water) meals, soft drinks, bottled drinking water, catering, laundry and camp staff for your convenience.

· Provision of alcoholic beverages in moderation – beer, wine and spirits

· All hunting facilities and staff including a fully qualified PH, 2 x trackers and 1 x skinner

· Payment of concession fees and all relevant hunting permits

· All field preparations of trophies

· Transportation of the clients trophies from camp to a local taxidermist in Bulawayo for dip and packaging of trophies – costs to client

· Fully equipped 4 x 4 hunting vehicle

· Booking of all charter flight services through Air Charters & Tourism (Pty) Ltd, if required – costs to client

· All arrangements of airport / hotel & airstrip / camp transfers

 

The Client takes Full Responsibility for:

· International & Domestic Scheduled flights

· Hotel Accommodation / Transfer costs prior to & after the hunt unless otherwise agreed upon Payment of air charter costs – in full prior to departure,

· Payment of all trophy fees on every additional animal taken or wounded and lost, before the departure from camp  in USD or travellers cheques

· Payment of 2% on Daily Rates and 4% on Trophy Fees—Zimbabwe Tourism Taxes

· Payment for all dip and pack fees

· Optional payment of staff & PH gratuities and any other personal expenses

· Visa fees

 

Payments

· Please note that a deposit of 50% the total day rates is required to secure the hunt.

· The balance of the daily rates is payable 90 days prior to the arrival in South Africa.

· All remaining fees are payable in either USD cash or travellers cheques before departing camp.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of the client cancelling, the following cancellation fees shall apply;

· When a cancellation is effective 270 days or more prior to the start of the safari, but less than 365 days, cancellation fee of $ 4 000 USD will be charged and the balance of the deposit refunded

· Should a cancellation of less than 270 days be made prior to the hunt, no refunds will be made. However the substitution of clients or an alternative hunt date can be negotiated, by mutual consent.

· In the unlikely event that Pelandaba Safaris cancels a hunt; all effort will be made to reschedule the hunt at the convenience of the client. Failing this, all monies will be refunded
